PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that easily records information transmitted through electromagnetic waves, including visible light arriving from entire sky and from all the directions as a moving image. SOLUTION: The system includes two electromagnetic wave collecting devices, each having an angle of view equal to or above 185 degrees, for example, two all-round fish-eye lenses; one or two electromagnetic wave path changing devices, for example, one or two 45-degree rectangular prisms; and one moving image photographic device and one recorder, for example, one digital video camera for general consumers on the market or for business use, and is constituted integrally as a whole.
