PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fender mounting structure improving the ease of work in fastening and fixing a fender panel to a vehicle body structure by using cylindrical or ring-shaped collars. SOLUTION: In a state that an engaging part 72 enters inside an elongate hole 60, a part of an engaging face 74, which is the outer peripheral face of the engaging part 72 formed in an almost truncated cone shape, is opposed to a part of an interference face 62 with opposite facing to an inclination direction of the interference face 62. When the color 70 tends to displace upward relative to a mounting part 48, the engaging face 74 of the engaging part 72 is interfered by the interference face 62 of the elongate hole 60. When the color 70 tends to displace downward relative to the mounting part 48, a flange part 82 is interfered by the mounting part 48. Relative displacement of the collar 72 to the mounting part 48 along the penetration direction of the elongate hole 60 is thus restrained and therefore, the collar 70 can be prevented or inhibited from falling out from the elongate hole 60.
