PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heated water boiling-up apparatus capable of effectively reducing time required for heating water flowing into a heater, to a target temperature (a set temperature) and discharging the heated water, and discharging the heated water of the target temperature from the heater with high responsiveness. SOLUTION: The heated water boiling-up apparatus allowing the flowing water to flow through the heater 34, heating and boiling-up the inflow water by the heater 34 and discharging the heated water of the predetermined temperature, has the heater 34 with a built-in ceramic heater, and a control part 40 for controlling energization to the heater. The control part 40 performs control of energizing the heater with the maximum 100% amount of energization only for a first set time from the start of heating as a first step following an energization control pattern set according to the set target temperature of heated water, the temperature of water flowing into the heater, and the flow rate of water flowing into the heater, and then stopping energization only for a second set time as a second step, and energizing the heater at a fixed energization rate determined corresponding to the set target temperature as a third step to raise the temperature of inflow water to the set target temperature.
