PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent posters to be stuck on the surface of a column-shaped body without using a sheet in a relatively easy way. SOLUTION: A primer is applied to the outer peripheral surface of a utility pole 1, and then an impregnating adhesive resin is applied thereto. An aramid-fiber sheet 9 is wrapped around and stuck to the impregnating adhesive resin, and the impregnating adhesive resin is applied to the surface of the aramid-fiber sheet 9. A cylindrical body 13 is provided so as to cover the whole area of the impregnating adhesive resin with a predetermined space between them. The space is charged and filled with a colored aggregate 15, and the colored aggregate 15 filled in the space is held and pressed between the cylindrical body 13 and the impregnating adhesive resin, so that the colored aggregate 15 is adhered to the impregnating adhesive resin to be pasted thereto.
