PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveying device and an image forming device capable of preventing occurrence of any conveying deviation. SOLUTION: A driving gear 53 to which the driving force from a driving unit for rotating a drive roller shaft 13a is transmitted is provided on one end in the axial direction of the drive roller shaft 13a, and a portion in a vicinity of the driving gear of the drive roller shaft 13a is supported by a first bearing 51. Further, a center portion of the drive roller shaft 13a is supported by a second bearing 52. By arranging a second drive roller 13c of a second conveying roller pair 13B on the side of the second bearing 52 away from the first bearing 51, the other end in the axial direction of the drive roller shaft 13a is freely deflected by the pressure of a second driven roller 13e.
