PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film for transfer capable of being efficiently transferred to other substrates and favorable in adhesion. SOLUTION: The conductive film for transfer comprises an adhesive layer held tightly by a release film (A) and a release film (B) where the adhesive layer includes an ultraviolet curable resin composition containing extra fine conductive fibers, and a part of the extra fine conductive fibers projects from the adhesive layer to the release film (A) side.
