PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To locally and intensively stimulate a scalp while providing a feel of acupressure. SOLUTION: The scalp care device 10 includes a first rotary plate 13 provided at an opening 11a of a housing 11, and a treatment unit 12 having a base end 12a supported at the edge of the first rotary plate 13. A first drive motor 17 is connected to the first rotary plate 13, and the first drive motor 17 is electrically connected to a control unit 19 built in the housing 11.
