摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming device for fire extinguishing foam for automatically increasing and decreasing a flow rate relative to an increase and a decrease in the flow volume of a mixed fluid while reducing a setting space and cost. SOLUTION: A cantilever spring 32 is formed by dividing a stainless-steel disk 3 by radial slits 31. The disk 3 forming the cantilever spring 32 is provided in a flow passage 1 of the mixed fluid containing a foam liquid concentrate, water and air in a manner to be perpendicular to the flow of the mixed fluid. A movable part 32b of the cantilever spring 32 is bent downstream by a pressure of the flow of the mixed fluid and forms a squeezed flow passage part 2. When the flow volume of the mixed fluid is reduced, the pressure of the flow is reduced. Consequently, a flow passage area of the squeezed flow passage part 2 is reduced since the movable part 32b of the cantilever spring 32 returns upstream. Then, a decrease in the flow rate of the mixed fluid passing through the squeezed flow passage part 2 is suppressed, and a turbulent flow is kept.
