The invention relates to an automatic baking machine comprising a loading unit (1) for the especially manual loading of baked goods (B), said loading unit (1) comprising at least one first conveyor device (6) provided with a plurality of preferably peripheral carriers (8) for respectively receiving a plurality of adjacent individual baked goods (B). Said baking machine also comprises an oven unit (20) mounted downstream from the loading unit (1) and having a transport device (22) for transporting the baked goods (B), and a distribution unit (30) mounted downstream of the baking device (20), said distribution unit (30) comprising at least one second conveyor device (32) having a plurality of preferably peripheral carriers (34) for receiving a plurality of baked goods (B) respectively adjacently, wherefrom the baked goods (B) are guided to at least one dispensing compartment (41). The automatic baking machine is characterised in that at least one stationary linear conveyor (15) for the baked goods (B) is arranged between the first conveyor device (6) and the transport device (22) of the oven unit (20). |
