METHOD OF SCANNING THE SHAPE OF OBJECT WITH SCANNING PROBE

PURPOSE: A shape scanning method using a scanning probe is provided to perform controlling the operation amount according to the start point and final point about the measuring object and generation of path the starting direction information and he bent amount of scanning probe, thereby easily measuring the measuring object. CONSTITUTION: A scanning probe moves to an initial point. Bending amount of the current point is calculated. An actual coordinate(CurrentXyz) of current point is calculated. By a vector direction of a previous measured point(PrevCenter) and updated current measured point(CurrentCenter), next measuring point(TargetCenter) is calculated. An actual coordinate(TargetXyz) of the next measuring point is calculated. If the current measuring point is a final point, the measurement is completed.
