A device for killing insects of the present invention comprises: an insect lamp which emits light to attract harmful insects; and an insect killing unit which sucks in harmful insects approaching the insect lamp, pulverizes the same, and discharges the pulverized insects outside. In addition, the device for killing insects of the present invention comprises: a first illumination lamp which illuminates the surrounding; a security sensor unit which senses the approaching of an object; and a security control unit which operates a surveillance camera to photograph the object or to light a second illumination lamp when the approaching signal of the object is inputted from the security sensor unit, thereby providing a security function.
