ANTI-POLLUTION ELECTROCATALYSIS COMPOSITE MEMBRANE AND MEMBRANE REACTOR

<p>An anti-pollution electrocatalysis composite membrane and membrane reactor. The electrocatalysis composite membrane (3) is comprised of a substrate and a catalytic coating. The substrate is selected from conductive substrate or non-conductive substrate coated with conductive coating. The substrate is porous support having supporting, conducting and separating functions. The catalytic coating is carried or coated on the surface and in the pore of the conductive substrate or the conductive coating so as to enhance electrocatalysis activity of the substrate. The membrane reactor includes a pump (7) generating differential pressure to provide power of membrane separation. Dead-end filtration or cross-flow filtration is applied in the membrane reactor, and the feed liquid permeates through the membrane from one side to the other side so that liquid separation is achieved. Meanwhile, the electrocatalysis composite membrane (3) as anode and an auxiliary electrode (4) as cathode are connected to a power source (1) respectively by wires (2) so that an electrolysis apparatus is formed. The electrocatalysis composite membrane (3) has automatic cleaning function and can achieve non-contaminating operation during membrane separation.</p>
