LIGHT RECEIVING DEVICE, INFORMATION ACQUISITION DEVICE AND OBJECT DETECTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light receiving device that suppresses focal deviation of incident light caused by a change in a tilt of a filter, and to provide an information acquisition device and an object detecting device.

SOLUTION: The information acquisition device 1 includes a CMOS image sensor 17 which receives laser light emitted from a laser light source 11 and reflected from a target area and outputs a signal and a light receiving optical system which conducts the laser light to the CMOS image sensor 17. Herein the light receiving optical system includes the filter 15. A transmission wavelength band of the filter 15 is shifted by the filter being inclined to the traveling direction of the laser light. Moreover, the light receiving optical system includes a transmission plate 16 for compensating a change in an optical path length in the filter 15 accompanying the change in the tilt of the filter 15.
