PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroluminescent element in which superior light-emitting characteristics and preservation stability can be exhibited in an atmosphere without strict sealing with metal, glass or the like. SOLUTION: The electroluminescent element includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and one or more light-emitting layers containing at least one of luminescent organic compound between the electrodes.
