PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polyamide resin composition and a molded product showing excellent flame retardancy. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polyamide resin composition includes 100 pts.wt. of (A) a resin component including (A-1) a polyamide resin, and 5-40 pts.wt. of (B) a phosphinate represented by formula (1) and/or a diphosphinate represented by formula (2), wherein either R<SP>1</SP>or R<SP>2</SP>is a hydrogen atom and the other an aryl group, R<SP>3</SP>is an alkylene group, an arylene group, an alkylarylene group, or an arylalkylene group, M is Ca, Mg, Al and/or Zn.
