PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stand pedestal in which ribs are added to an upper plate for suppressing the upper plate from being distorted/deformed into a wavy shape but occurrence of surface sinking is suppressed, thereby hardly deteriorating appearance fidelity. SOLUTION: The stand pedestal includes: an upper plate 20 comprising in the center a supporting part 21 for receiving the load of an audio/video apparatus; a rib-like edge frame 30 around the outer circumference of the upper plate 20; and a rib-like main lattice frame 40. The stand pedestal is configured to place lower edges of the edge frame 30 and the main lattice frame 40 on a sitting surface. A number of lattice spaces 43 divided and formed by the main lattice frame 40 are separated into an inner lattice space group 43a and an outer lattice space group 43b, and an auxiliary lattice frame 50 is provided in each of the lattice spaces 43 belonging to the inner lattice space group 43a.
