PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integral solution for preventing occurrence of an accident to a driver while effectively utilizing advantages and services of a mobile terminal or for removing a factor that causes the accident. SOLUTION: On the basis of schedule information stored in a mobile terminal 100 and outputs of various sensors provided in the mobile terminal 100, various states or events are detected. In the state where the mobile terminal 100 is connected to a vehicle, driving is supported by suppression of starting the vehicle, suppression of a traveling speed and the like on the basis of the schedule information or the outputs of the various sensors.
