PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device for reading data at high speed by avoiding the erroneous operation of a sense amplifier circuit due to a power source noise of a driver circuit. SOLUTION: The device includes: the plurality of sense amplifiers which sense at least two pieces of data in parallel and operate in a first frequency; a multiplexer which operates in a second frequency higher than the first frequency and outputs the parallelly sensed respective pieces of data serially in order; and the driver circuit including a latch circuit connected to the output of the multiplexer and an output driver circuit connected to the latch circuit to operate in the second frequency. The power source voltage of the sense amplifier and the power source voltage of the output driver circuit are the same, and also the power source of sense amplifier and the power source of output driver circuit are connected to different power source lines.
