PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for supporting a magnetic head which easily rotates an arm of a movable member when the magnetic head is attached and detached. SOLUTION: A support mechanism 50 includes: a fixing member 51 having a pair of plate-like portions 51b, a movable member 52 having a pair of arms 52a which is rotatably provided in the fixing member 51, and a spring member 53 which applies force to the movable member 52 in a direction (A). A notch 51e extending in a direction shown by an arrow Z2 is formed in the plate-like portions 51b. A notch 52i extending in a direction shown by an arrow Y2 and a claw 52e are formed in the arms 52a. An axis 32a provided in a bracket 32 holding the magnetic head 31 is provided in a region where the notch 51e and the notch 52i cross each other. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
