PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in network traffic, and to prevent necessary information from being missed by detecting that a large amount of log information is transmitted from a server to be monitored and suppressing notification of specific log information that increases the amount of information transmitted. SOLUTION: In the network management system 1000, the log management server 100 stores log information transmitted from the server 200 into a log information storage part, analyzes each log information stored in the log information storage part when the amount of log information transmitted within a predetermined period exceeds a predetermined threshold value, specifies the kind of the log information that increases the amount of log information in excess of the predetermined threshold value, and transmits an instruction to stop transmitting the log information of the kind that causes the increase, to the server 200.
