PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase correction plate that easily increases the depth of field of an imaging lens while suppressing a drop in the resolution and a drop in brightness of the imaging lens. SOLUTION: There is provided the phase correction plate 100 to be mounted on the imaging lens 200 for forming an image of a subject, which is constituted so that the phase differenceδ1max of light K1 after passing a middle region U1 of the phase correction plate 100 is lower than the phase differenceδ2max of light K2 after passing a peripheral region U2 of the phase correction plate 100, and the phase difference of light after passing through the phase correction plate increases from the middle-region U1 side of the peripheral region U2 toward the periphery side of the peripheral region.
