PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively arrange ferritin and inorganic particles on zirconium and hafnium on silicon oxide. SOLUTION: A solution containing ferritin having a subunit N-terminal modified with a specific peptide and≥0.01-≤10 v/v% nonionic surface active agent and having a pH of≥7.4-≤8.2 is added dropwise onto silicon oxide having zirconium or hafnium formed on part of the surface to bond the peptide modified ferritin to the zirconium or hafnium and thereafter the solution is removed to selectively arrange the specific peptide modified ferritin and inorganic particles included in the ferritin on the zirconium or hafnium.
