PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light measurement device that prevents the optical fibers used in light transmission or reception from getting entangled with the device. SOLUTION: The light measurement device 1 includes a plurality of light transmission probes 12, a plurality of light reception probes 13, and a casing 90a having a light emitter 2 and a light detector 3 within. The casing 90a includes a device body 90 having a light emitter 2 and a light detector 3 within; a group of light transmission optical fibers 30 comprising a plurality of light transmission optical fibers 30a; and a group of light reception optical fibers 40 comprising a plurality of light reception optical fibers 40a. The device body 90 includes a plurality of light transmission winders 80 and a plurality of light reception winders 70. Each light transmission winder 80 draws out one light transmission optical fiber 30a of a specified length and winds it up.
