PURPOSE: A signal transmission method and a method thereof are provided to transmit a signal by utilizing a symbol which includes a protection period which is required for the tranceiving switching of a repeater station. CONSTITUTION: A wireless resource is allocated in order to transmit a signal. A signal is transmitted to a destination station through the wireless resource. The wireless resource comprises a plurality of symbols in the time domain. At least two symbols among the plurality of symbols includes a protection period for the tranceiving switching of a signal. The symbol that includes the protection period includes a wireless resource partial symbol except for the protection period. The destination station is a repeater station or a base station. The symbol is an OFDM(orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) symbol.
