摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce signal deterioration generated from a phase shift of a signal generated between usual resolution playback and super resolution playback even if super resolution playback and usual resolution playback are intermingled and to perform playback of data of satisfactory quality from a super resolution disk. <P>SOLUTION: An optical disk device includes a gain adjusting means (104) detecting a first signal (Sa) detected from a center part of a returned light beam from a super resolution optical disk and a second signal (Sd) detected from a peripheral part in a direction corresponding to a track of the super resolution optical disk and adjusting the amplitude of the first signal (Sa), a subtraction means (105) subtracting the first signal (Sg) whose amplitude is adjusted by the gain adjusting means (104) from the second signal (Sd) to form a third signal (Sh) and a means (107) synthesizing a signal (Si) formed by delaying the third signal (Sh) and the first signal (Sa) to form a playback signal (RF). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
