INFORMATION EXCHANGE/SHARE SYSTEM, METHOD AND PROGRAM THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the efficiency of work when a user providing information and a requesting user perform collection and provision, and to reduce network load.

SOLUTION: The information exchange/share system 1 includes: a message sharing memory 6 which stores information provided from a user providing information and accessibility information setting an information requesting user allowed to access the information; an access control function which makes a search to see whether information requested in an information provision request message is in the message sharing memory 6 and which determines based on the accessibility information 12 whether the information requesting user can access information requested in the information provision request message; and an automatic answering function which creates request-reply-message information to the terminal 2 of the information requesting user based on the information in the message sharing memory 6 if it is determined that the information requesting user can access if the information requested in the information provision request message is the information already stored in the message sharing memory 6.
