<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control system capable of accurately carrying out white smoke preventing operation for preventing the generation of white smoke and suppressing fuel consumption. <P>SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control system 100 which provided with an oxidation catalyst 11 and DPF 12 in the exhaust passage 22 of an engine 20 for purifying the exhaust emission from the engine 20, includes a temperature sensor 14 which is arranged on an outlet side of the DPF 12 and detects exhaust gas temperature, an exhaust gas temperature determination means 51 which determines a temperature state of exhaust gas on the outlet side of the DPF 12 based on the detection result of the temperature sensor 14, and an exhaust gas temperature adjustment means 52 which adjusts the exhaust gas temperature based on the determination result of the exhaust gas temperature determination means 51, and starts white smoke preventing operation which forces the exhaust gas to increase the temperature thereof up to the activation temperature of the oxidation catalyst 11 by the exhaust gas temperature adjustment means 52 when the exhaust gas temperature on the outlet side of the DPF 12 is determined to be lower than a prescribed set value by the exhaust gas temperature determination means 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
