<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent image formation based on an instruction from a controller when a security level of an information processor is below a reference. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal device writes image data to be transmitted to an image forming device into a storage part, and causes the storage part to store them, and transmits the image data stored in the storage part to the image forming device via a communication line.
