<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter in which parasitic impedance of a capacitor is canceled and a loss can be reduced even if applied to large current application. <P>SOLUTION: A noise filter 10 includes: a first inductance component L1 with one terminal connected to a first input terminal P1i; a first capacitor C1 connected between another terminal of the first inductance component L1 and a second output terminal P2o; a second capacitor C2 connected between a second input terminal P2i and a first output terminal P1o; resistance components R1, R2; second inductance components L2, L5; and third inductance components L3, L6. The resistance components R1, R2, the second inductance components L2, L5 and the third inductance components L3, L6 are connected between the other terminal of the first inductance component L1 and the first output terminal P1o and between the second input terminal P2i and the second output terminal P2o, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
