PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground survey system which is not influenced by an unpredictable disturbance such as vibration and electric noise, and does not require to occupy a ground surface area. SOLUTION: This ground survey system includes: a counting means for counting cosmic ray muons; an angle changing means for changing the direction of counting of the cosmic ray muons by the counting means; a position changing means for changing a position where the cosmic ray muons are counted by the counting means; a means for acquiring distributions of cosmic ray muons, which determines a position distribution and an angle distribution of the cosmic ray muons, by counting the cosmic ray muons by the counting means while changing the direction by the angle changing means, and counting the cosmic ray muons by the counting means while changing the direction by the position changing means; and a tomography analysis means for performing tomography analysis based on the position distribution and angle distribution of the cosmic ray muons determined by the distribution acquisition means.
