PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave leakage suppressing member and a microwave heating furnace capable of suppressing the leakage of a microwave from a gap between an insert hole and an axial member. SOLUTION: A microwave leakage suppressing member 4 is arranged in the gap between an insert hole 22 that penetrates a conductive wall member 200 and an axial member 3 which is inserted into the insert hole 22 so as to be displaceable when viewed in the axial direction. The microwave leakage suppressing member 4 is electrically conductive, contacting elastically with the outer peripheral surface of the axial member 3, and equipped with a plurality of claws 401 arrayed in the circumferential direction.
