PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral pharmaceutical composition which alleviates gastric mucosa disorders caused by loxoprofen. SOLUTION: The oral composition comprises: one or more sugars and sugar alcohols selected from the group consisting of sucrose, maltitol, fructose, xylitol, trehalose, lactose and lactitol; and loxoprofen. For example, tablet, subtle granule (powder is included), capsule, solution (syrup is included), etc., may be cited as a concrete dosage form.
