The present invention relates to a food additive composition containing water-soluble flaxseed oil in which foul odor and cyanide (-CN) toxicity are eliminated for manufacturing foods containing a large amount of omega-3 fatty acid which is prepared by mixing flaxseed oil and green tea extract in water and then heating and coating the mixture. The food additive composition containing water-soluble flaxseed oil in which foul odor and cyanide (-CN) toxicity are eliminated is used for manufacturing foods containing a large amount of omega-3 fatty acid which enhances the content of omega-3 fatty acids such as linoleic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid, and docosahexaenoic acid, which are contained in the foods, and reduces cholesterol content by adding the composition to the foods.
