The device has a plate-shaped tempering unit (2) connected with another plate-shaped tempering unit (1) and rotatable around a rotation axis (3). A retaining device fixes a flexible container to the tempering device. The retaining device is formed as a fastener of the container to the tempering device and as a retainer for an inlet and an outlet of the container. The retaining device has retaining elements (4, 5) i.e. hooks, which partially grip the inlet and the outlet. The elements have same distance to the axis and are arranged at one of the tempering units in an area turned to the axis. An independent claim is also included for a container for tempering a fluid using a tempering device.
