<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a julienne vegetable salad packed in a spout pouch, which is prepared by packing the julienne vegetable salad made by mixing ingredients comprising julienne vegetables and massive food materials with an acidic oil-in-water type emulsified seasoning, in the spout pouch, and which can wholly be squeezed out and used substantially without clogging at the mouth portion of the spout pouch with the ingredients, when squeezed out and used. <P>SOLUTION: The julienne vegetable salad packed in the spout pouch, which is prepared by packing the julienne vegetable salad made by mixing the ingredients comprising the julienne vegetables and the massive food materials with the acidic oil-in-water type emulsified seasoning, in the spout pouch having an aperture of 10-30 mm, is characterized in that the major axes of the julienne vegetables are 10-80 mm; the major axes of the massive foods are 3 mm to 2/3 of the julienne vegetables; the mixing ratio of the julienne vegetables: the massive food materials is 1:0.1 to 2.5; and the amount of the mixed ingredients is 25-80% based on the whole amount of the salad. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
