<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device that has excellent visibility, wherein the transmission luminance of a transmitting portion is substantially uniform even when the transmitting portion is illuminated using a light-emitting diode that has different light emission colors. <P>SOLUTION: The display device includes: the light-emitting diode 2 mounted on a circuit board 1; a cylindrical partition wall 3 surrounding the light-emitting diode 2; and a front member 5 disposed in front of the light-emitting diode 2 and provided with the upper beam-transmitting portion 4A through which light emitted by the light-emitting diode 2 transmits. In the display device, the light-emitting diode 2 includes a first light-emitting diode 2A for emitting light in first color with low light emission luminance, and a second light-emitting diode 2B for emitting light in a second color higher in light emission luminance than the first light emission diode 2A. A reflecting wall 7 is disposed on the internal wall side of a partition wall 3 corresponding to the first light-emitting diode 2A, the reflecting wall being configured such that light emitted from the first light-emitting diode 2A and reflected by the front member 5 is reflected again to the upper beam-transmitting portion 4A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
