PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high responsiveness, high ozone resistance, high NOx resistance and high durability. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a conductive support and a photosensitive layer formed on the conductive support. The photosensitive layer contains a charge generation agent, a specified triphenylamine bisstyryl charge transport agent, and an amine compound expressed by general formula (II). In general formula (II), A and B each represent a group expressed by formula (i):-CH<SB>2</SB>X or formula (ii):-CH<SB>2</SB>CH<SB>2</SB>Y and may be identical or different from each other; where X and Y each represent an aromatic residue which may have a substituent.
