PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning sheet attached easily to a graphitized hot panel, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The cushioning sheet 1 is constituted of a cushioning layer 2 comprising thick-walled sponge rubber, and an attaching layer 4 attached to the hot panel of a press machine comprising thin-walled solid rubber adhesion-integrated on one face of the cushioning layer. The attaching layer 4 is constituted to impart a pressure-sensitive adhesive force by transfer of a glossy face of a transfer film, on an abutting face onto the hot panel, and is fixed onto the hot panel by the pressure-sensitive adhesive force. The cushioning sheet 1 is interposed between the press machine hot panel and a glass substrate as the cushioning material 1, in a liquid crystal assembling process. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
