PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air feed, liquid feed suction device for an endoscope which has an increased air feed rate per unit time and is capable of properly washing an objective lens. SOLUTION: Air flowing into a first air feed, liquid feed cylinder 120 from a first air flowing inlet 123 flows into a leak tube 133 via a space near a bottom part 128 of the first air feed liquid feed cylinder 120 because there is a gap between the first air feed, liquid feed cylinder 120 and the first air flowing inlet 123. The air pressure in the leak tube 133 is raised because a leak hole 145 is closed. A first check valve 140 deforms due to the rise of the air pressure and thus air flows into a second air flowing inlet 163 from the leak tube 133 via a first air flowing outlet tubular path 225. Air is fed to the space near the bottom part 128 of a suction cylinder 160 from the second air flowing inlet 163.
