PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture apparatus with which culturing operation is automatically performed over a long period of time while the risk of contamination is eliminated as much as possible. SOLUTION: A cell culture apparatus is characterized in that new reagents are supplied to a culture vessel means with a reagent supplying means without taking out the culture vessel means, arranged in a heat keeping chamber, from the heat keeping chamber, unnecessary waste fluid is discharged from the culture vessel means using a waste fluid discharging means, and the state of the cell culture is observed while the culture vessel means is kept in the heat keeping means.
