PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous rectifying circuit which achieves low power consumption. SOLUTION: The synchronous rectifying circuit includes a rectification switch element (for example, rectification MOSFET 1), a commutation switch element (for example, commutation MOSFET 2), a control means (for example, control circuit 5) performing on-off control of the rectification switch element and the commutation switch element, a flywheel diode D1, and a switching speed control means (for example, switching speed control circuit 9) controlling the switching speeds of the rectification switch element and the commutation switch element.
