PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time division direction control transmission device, system and method, which actualizes a transmission system to connect two terminals using one line of a digital line by a TCM transmission system. SOLUTION: A time division direction control transmission device 10 is equipped with: an NT interface means 11 of the digital line side; a selecting means 12 which performs switching to either of B1 and B2 channel, by being connected to a common contact point side thereof; a V24 interface conversion means 13 connected to the B1 channel side and V24 interface means 14; and an LT interface conversion means 15 connected to the B2 channel side.
