PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer circuit which obtains a large gain with less power consumption. SOLUTION: The mixer circuit 1 includes: voltage current conversion circuits 102, 103 which convert high frequency signals RF (+), RF (-) into current signals; and a switch circuit 101 which outputs a mixed signal of the high frequency signals RF (+), RF (-) and local signals LO (+), LO (-) as intermediate frequency signals IF (+), IF (-) by performing switching operations by the local signals LO (+), LO (-). The voltage current conversion circuits 102, 103 include two transistors MN1, MN9 and two transistors MN2, MN10, respectively, the high frequency signal RF (+) is input as common in each gate of the transistors MN1, MN9, and the high frequency signal RF (-) is input as common in each gate of the transistors MN2, MN10.
