PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a farm implement which facilitates attachment to and detachment from a tractor and also can be attached to a tractor without an outer hydraulic pressure-taking portion. SOLUTION: An implement body is pivotally supported to be vertically rotatable on a rotation shaft 6. The rotation shaft 6 is fixed on a link receiver and rotatably supported by a rotation shaft receiver with a bearing or the like. An electric cylinder 31 for rotating the main portion is fixed between electric cylinder-attaching plates 17, 18 and an electric cylinder-attaching shaft 7 fixed to the upper portion of the rotation shaft 6.
