PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflecting shade for an illumination fixture by which the irradiation direction of light from the illumination fixture is made possible to change readily, and an appropriate irradiation range is made possible to be set, according to a state of an object to be irradiated. SOLUTION: The reflecting shade which reflects the light of a light source lamp 50 of the illumination fixture in the irradiation direction is equipped with movable reflecting plates 10, each of which has a reflecting face 1 to reflect the light of the light source lamp 50 and is arranged so as to surround the light source lamp 50; and angle changing mechanisms 20, each of which changes an angle of the movable reflecting plate 10 with respect to the light source lamp 50.
