PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented polyamide laminate film which has proper interlaminar bond strength and can obtain physical strength characteristics such as impact-resistance strength, or tensile strength and sufficient bond strength to a sealant film. SOLUTION: In the biaxially oriented polyamide laminate film, lamination is executed in the order of polyamide A/polyamide B/polyamide C/polyamide B/polyamide A and heat-setting is executed so as to obtain 0.5-5.0% of the longitudinal and lateral hot-water shrinkage factor at 95°C for five minutes after the longitudinal and lateral 2-5 magnified stretching under the state polyamide A is mixed layer containing 70-99 wt.% of polyamide 6 and 30-1 wt.% of polyamide 6-66 which is the copolymer of polyamide 6 and polyamide 66 in a state that the polyamide 66 ratio is 10-25 wt.%, polyamide B is mixed layer containing 50-95 wt.% of polyamide 6 and 50-5 wt.% of aromatic polyamide and polyamide C containing the aromatic polyamide.
