PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material excellent in adhesion to polypropylene other than chlorinated polyolefins. SOLUTION: An aqueous emulsion includes the components (A), (B), and (C). The component (A) is an acrylic resin which has a weight-average molecular weight between 2×10<SP>4</SP>and 1×10<SP>5</SP>that includes structural units derived from anα,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid and structural units derived from anα,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester introduced from a 1-10C aliphatic alcohol having amino groups which may have a substituent and anα,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid, the component (B) is a thermoplastic polymer, and the component (C) is water.
