An LED lamp radiator comprises: a mounting joint heat conductor formed to be tube shaped with its two ends closed; a plurality of radiating fins (2) uniformly fixed on the circumferential surface of the mounting joint heat conductor radially, wherein each radiating fin (2) is parallel with the axis of the mounting joint heat conductor; and an LED light source module connector (30) provided on the lower end of the mounting joint heat conductor and used to transfer heat from the LED lamp to a plurality of radiationg fins (2) via the mounting joint heat conductor. An LED lamp comprises the LED lamp radiator.
