<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat panel piezoelectric loudspeaker in particular, for a flat panel loudspeaker. <P>SOLUTION: The flat panel piezoelectric loudspeaker 10 includes a piezoelectric element 16, a first electrode 12 and a second electrode 14. The piezoelectric element 16 includes a first surface 162 and a second surface 164 opposite to the first surface 162. The first electrode is electrically connected on the first surface 162 of the piezoelectric element 16. The second electrode is electrically connected on the second surface 164 of the piezoelectric element. The first/second electrode includes a carbon nanotube structure.
