<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate rotor capable of improving yield strength to back pressure while holding compression performance. <P>SOLUTION: An elastic modulus of an outside part 30A of a gate rotor body 30 is larger than an elastic modulus of an inside part 30B of the gate rotor body 30. Since the elastic modulus of the inside part 30B is small, the inside part 30B is easily elastically deformed by back pressure, and prevents a deficit of the gate rotor 3 by improving yield strength to the back pressure. While, since the elastic modulus of the outside part 30A is large, the outside part 30A is hardly elastically deformed by the back pressure, and can hold the seal function of a compression space C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
